Our Leadership Team

Richard has over 30 years of sales and sales management experience with many industry leaders, including Xerox, Hewlett-Packard, Steelcase Financial and Heller Financial/ GE Capital. For the past 20 years, he has specialized in providing leasing and financial services for the furniture industry. As a founding member of Steelcase Financial, he led the nation in lease originations, and was team leader for several regions in the United States. He then originated the Knoll financing program and managed the furniture segment For GE Capital. He and his teams have originated over $300 million in leasing in the furniture industry, which makes him uniquely qualified to excel in this industry segment. Richard received his MBA in Marketing Management from Fordham University in 1990.
